Service Description

- Complimentary consultation - Up to 6 hours of in-person planning sessions plus unlimited phone calls, text messages and emails for three moths prior to event - Ceremony rehearsal up to two hours as venue permits - Vendor referrals as requested - Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to event - Monthly in-person meetings for three months prior to event - Etiquette advice and logistic expertise - Assist with creating a "floor plan" layout - A two hour consultation four weeks prior to wedding to finalize details - PLUS all services listed in the Day-Of Coordination package

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time with no cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged in full for the missed session and any money previously paid will not be refunded. Thank you.
