- Complimentary consultation - Up to 4 hours of in-person planning meetings, plus unlimited phone and email communication during one month leading up to your event - Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception site at least two weeks prior to event date - Ceremony rehearsal up to two hours as venue permits - Two coordinators onsite for up to twelve hours for event management and coordination - Thorough review of vendor details - Confirm all vendor contracts are accounted for and signed - Confirm all vendor arrival times so we have a full understanding of what will be arriving day-of - Instruct all vendors to contact us, instead of you, with any questions or concerns the week prior to event - Create a list of "still-must-dos" for the bride and groom - Customize a wedding day checklist/timeline for the bride - Customize a timeline for the wedding party, family and vendors - Oversee ceremony and reception set up and decorating - Greet wedding vendors and serve as a point of contact for venue staff and all vendors - Oversee ceremony and reception set-up and decorating - Maintain timeline throughout the event - Distribute final payments and gratuities during event - Attend to requests of bride and groom throughout event - Coordinate bride and groom send-off - Retrieve all gifts and decorations and prepare for loading at event's end - Oversee tear down of the event
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time with no cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged in full for the missed session and any money previously paid will not be refunded. Thank you.
