Service Description

- Complimentary consultation - Six hours of onsite event management to include: - One event coordinator onsite to manage your event for six hours - Two weeks of coordination with the client prior to the event - Four hours of in person or teleconference meetings (FaceTime/Zoom) prior to event - Scheduled phone calls for two week prior to event - Unlimited emails and texts for two weeks prior to event - Vendor referrals as requested - Wedding planning and etiquette guidance as requested - Venue walk-through of reception site if we have never been onsite - Access to Couture Events' private back page on website that include a virtual planning notebook, tips and useful information for planning your event - Assistance in creating a floor plan for your event - A pre-event questionnaire to be filled out by client or event host - Creation of detailed timeline for event participants and vendors - Communication with all vendors to confirm services and arrival times to coordinate unloading and logistics of event - Oversee set up of event** - Serve as a point of contact for hosts, family, venue staff, vendors and all service staff - Maintain previously established timeline throughout the event - Resolution of any event related problems that may arise - Attend to the requests of the client throughout the event - Coordination of send off* - Oversee tear down of event**


Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time with no cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged in full for the missed session and any money previously paid will not be refunded. Thank you.
